GOLD
On Our Radar for New Trades. All trades risk 1 to make 2. Stop losses use Moor levels unless otherwise specified
UPSIDE: Possible buyer of 1818 with an 1814 xloss for a couple hours post NFP
DOWNSIDE: Probable seller of 1811 with a xloss of 1815 for a couple hours Consider buying dips approaching 1785 with a 1780 xloss. Taking no new trades home today. Moor doesn’t like it below 1798.5. He’s probably right for a quick $10, but not acting on it
NOTE: The following comments are supplemental to our whole seasonal bias.
Took profit on 1/2 Gold buy season position. a lot of profit in remaining half. will let it breath.
Considering day trading aggressively here but not adding to take home
called down $2. unless can make it over $1820 post NFP, will likely trade 1800 or lower today. Not unhealthy movement. Selling will be profit taking, not shorts entering.
CTAs are now in buy season mode. ESPECIALLY in silver. Still not sure how much is allocated. Love gold overperforming in stock rally yesterday.
If this thing runs, the biggest tell of the century will have been it rallying 3% that day last month and NOT getting smacked back down, and will be livid did not buy more.. but happy wasnt short!
Oil
Upside: no feel, using Michael’s numbers and watching spreads for confirmation before acting
Downside: Consider buying at 79.96 on a break through and retrace back up. risk 30 cents
