As Mercantilism spreads, even among friendly nations, ALL financial arbitrage will end and be replaced by physical arbitrage... i.e. either you put it on a boat and ship it (e.g China gold nad silver), or you get blown out of the water waiting for things to converge again.. And NOONE is letting their metal leave cheaply anymore. Global financial cooperation is dead.
