Comment: Look for OER (as a proxy for housing prices not dropping) to begin being discussed heavily now ( haves and have nots stuff) as is “macro volatility compression” which is fancy talk for markets are not worried about credit risk and are starting to pile into similar things unworried about like bank crisis, war, debt etc…..
