Housekeeping: This is the PM GoldFix post combining AM emails with additional intraday posts.
Tactical Comment: Our “measured move” (2890-2900 first mentioned here) target hit yesterday, $3,000 awaits. But we’re a little nervous as spec-longs and now tempted to sell length. Bounce off lows today was very good.
Tomorrow is CPI. Taking profits not bad after news like Bullion deliveries comes out.. will discuss much further tomorrow. Fundamentals keep us long, technicals (ht TME) and “sell the news” stuff make us squirrely today.
Answer usually is to sell 1/2 when feel like this.. equal misery.
