Take a Look at This...

I was reading an economic analysis of China by Goldman and this little section popped up. Thought you guys might be interested in this. The report talks about China’s import export situation and how it’s improving on the import side, but most of the imports are gold just like most of the exports in the US are gold. Kinda makes you think.

China is already settling its trade deficit with the US using gold. If these numbers have to do with each other, as I believe they do.

Also note that Goldman makes sure that we understand that China WANTS to import the gold talking about it from a policy choice perspective.
