During seismic market events, not all information is must read. But all information is must have.

Please Read This Comment:

There is a lot of info to get out, so please excuse the potential deluge.1

We normally cover Gold/Silver/Macro/Geopol from 3 broad angles

  1. Reports: for Macro investors and casual readers with comments

  2. Market Action: for traders

  3. Analysis/Commentary: for making sense of the goings on now from our professional line of sight

All posts emailed for the time being will be in one of those 3 broad categories2.

Either REPORTS, MARKETS, or ANALYSIS.

Mostly in categories 1 and 2 when it is busy with #3 type posts when we have either a series of well-developed comments to make, or one worth writing 2000 words on.3

We have also instituted a rudimentary rating system for reports now based on 2 categories

  • MARKET IMPORTANCE: On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being very important to price (standalone and in context of other reports) and 5 being not important

  • INFORMATIONALLY: On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being very important/helpful/original and 5 being not important/helpful/original we call this a 4

When it slows down, so will we. Filter according to your category interests.

To supplement #3 we will be passing on to you any good (entertaining) posts or links of posts we think are worth your time if the title grabs your attention.

Many read Gold content for cheerleading and bias confirmation. That is easy and what we’d do for ad clicks. This is not an ad site. We answer to readers and GoldFix people who want real content.4

Cheers,

Vincent
