So, they are out of toilet paper but are selling platinum bars? Priorities much? It is better to buy from your LCS. They deserve your business more.
But is there as easy a market to sell it back into? And given that Costco knows everything someone buys--is giving away that information worth the slight discount?
Gold showing up at Costco is kind of a wild meta-data moment in time. Reaching the crowd that would never go down to the local coin shop.
The gold maples are a pretty respectable price, last week they were spot +C$65. The credit card rebate crowd is already looking for arbitrage opps.
