US equities were mostly flat on Tuesday ahead of the consumer price index report tomorrow. Large caps underperformed small caps: S&P 500 (+0.11%) vs. Russell 2000 (+1.13%). MSCI Emerging Markets (EEM) and MSCI EAFE (EFA) gained 1.13% and 0.36% respectively.
