Opinion: Why Gold and Silver are Money

The law was broken in 1971 and a constitutional crisis was avoided when Nixon used the word "temporarily".

Last week the always excellent James Grant published his semi-monthly Interest Rate Observer.

In this particular edition the author wrote a significant piece on Gold in his typically erudite and educational style. One section of that missive prompted the editorial contained here.
